2012 Season

I promised an update of the leg. Well it is mended, but unfortunately the outfit isnt quite as well as the rider. Craig has returned to work and had a couple of rides on a solo machine.

The season so far, and the reasons behind it.

So far the lads have had a bit of an up and down year.

Brett Edge was asked to passenger an old classic road racer called Dave Aungier. He had ridden grasstrack many years ago and fancied another go. Brett was scheduled to ride Craigs solo 500 but said he "would hop on" as Dave was short of willing ballast.

A learning curve for both as Brett has only passengered on a Right Hand Outfit, this one goes in the opposite direction round the track

Donington Demon Practice Day

Craig got an entry into the Jon Underwood Trophy grasstrack at Wood Walton in Cambridgeshire. He was riding his fathers 30 year old Antig Weslake after a rushed repair when he snapped the swing arm at the previous Donington Demon Practice. He has not ridden a Solo for 4 years yet managed to get 3 second places and came 2nd in the Final
